Terms for centres

Last updated:

These terms govern the relationship between Rividi and the sports centre that installs the Rividi camera on its courts (the "centre"). They add to the agreement signed with the centre, which prevails in case of conflict.

The service is provided by SPORTS AI TECHNOLOGIES S.R.L., Piazza Sedile San Marco 9, 76125 Trani (BT), P. IVA 09218020726 ("Rividi", "we").

1. Scope

Rividi provides the centre with one camera for each participating court and access to the centre management area. Players record matches with the Rividi app; the centre offers the service on its courts and follows the rules described here.

2. Camera installation

  • Rividi provides the device and configures it for the court; the centre does not open it, modify it or connect it to other systems.
  • The centre provides power, a network connection and a mounting point from which the whole court is in view.
  • The centre tells Rividi before moving or removing the device and when it notices a fault.
  • The camera records only when a player or the centre staff starts a recording.

[DATI CLIENTE: technical installation requirements to be completed with the Rividi client.]

3. Signage duty

  • At the entrance of every court with a camera, the centre displays the Rividi sign with the short filming notice and the court QR code.
  • The sign must stay visible and legible: if it is damaged or removed, the centre replaces it; the sign is printed from the centre management area.
  • The centre tells its staff about the filming and points anyone who asks to getpointapp.com/en/filming.

4. What the centre sees

  • Aggregated data about its courts, such as the number of matches and recordings.
  • The published matches recorded on its courts, with the players' public names and photos.
  • Never the players' email addresses, phone numbers or other contact details.

5. Centre staff

  • Staff are the organization's owners and admins; an admin can be restricted to a single centre.
  • Staff can hide a match from the centre's surfaces, but cannot delete it: only the player who owns it or Rividi can.
  • Staff use the data they see only to run the centre and the service to players.

6. The centre's privacy role

Rividi is the data controller for the players' data and the videos. The centre is an independent controller for the court signage only, that is for the duty to display the filming notice. The details are in the filming notice (getpointapp.com/en/filming).

[To be confirmed with counsel: independent controller or joint controller.]

7. Fees

Prices, minimum term and payment terms are set in the individual agreement with the centre (for example the Early Club Program). These terms do not set prices.

8. Term and withdrawal

These terms apply for as long as the agreement with the centre lasts. When it ends, Rividi switches off the centre's cameras and agrees with the centre how the devices are collected. Matches already recorded stay in the players' accounts under the privacy policy.

[DATI CLIENTE: notice period and device collection to be completed with the Rividi client.]

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law.

Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Trani, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer forum.
