Terms of Service

1. The service

Rividi lets you record your padel matches with the Rividi camera installed on the court, watch them back, get automatic analyses (rallies, highlights, statistics, MVP) and share them with a community of players. The service keeps evolving: we may add, change or remove features, and we will let you know when the impact is significant.

2. Account

• You must be at least 14 years old to use Rividi.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for every activity carried out with your account.
• The information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.
• You can delete your account at any time from the app (Profile → Settings → Delete account): profile, matches, videos and analyses will be removed. If you are the last owner of an organization, you first need to appoint another one.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the videos of your matches and of the images and text you publish. You grant Rividi a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store, process (including automatic analysis), reproduce and display them in the app and in the content you choose to share, for the sole purpose of providing the service to you. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies shared by you or by other users before removal.

Whoever starts a recording with the court camera confirms that the players on court know about it and that the centre's sign with the filming notice is displayed. The filming rules are in the notice at getpointapp.com/en/filming; for centres the terms at getpointapp.com/en/centre-terms also apply.

You warrant that you have the right to publish the other content you upload and that you comply with the rules of the sports centre where you record.

4. Rules of conduct

You may not:

• upload unlawful, offensive or discriminatory content, or content that violates the privacy or rights of others;
• use Rividi to harass other users or impersonate other people;
• attempt to access other people's systems, accounts or data, circumvent service limits or interfere with its operation;
• extract content or data from the service in an automated way.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity.

5. Zero tolerance, reporting and blocking

Rividi does not tolerate offensive, discriminatory or objectionable content, or users who harass or abuse others.

• You can report a match, a comment or a profile from the app and block a user you no longer want to see.
• We review every report within 24 hours: we remove content that breaches these terms and suspend or close the account of whoever posted it.
• Anyone who appears in a video can ask for its removal as described in the filming notice (getpointapp.com/en/filming).

6. Profiles and sharing

• Your profile (name, photo and activity) is public by default: other Rividi users can see it.
• Published matches are visible to the Rividi community.
• Sharing a match outside Rividi (links, images, clips) is allowed by default.
• Any player added to the match can block its external sharing: the block applies to everyone, the owner included, and does not reveal who asked for it. It cannot recall copies shared before the block.

7. Cost

During the beta the Rividi app is free to use: there are no paid plans and no in-app purchases.

8. Automatic analysis

Analyses (rallies, highlights, statistics, MVP) are generated automatically by computer vision models and are provided for information and entertainment. They may contain errors or inaccuracies, especially with low-quality videos, and do not replace the assessment of a coach.

9. Intellectual property

The app, the website, the Rividi brand, the design, the software and the analysis models belong to Rividi or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, decompile or create derivative works from them, except as permitted by law.

10. Availability and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it available and secure, but we do not guarantee that it will be free of interruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by law, Rividi is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data or content, or for the use that users make of shared content. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer.

11. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. The current version is published at getpointapp.com/terms with the date of the last update; material changes will be communicated in the app or by email with reasonable notice. By continuing to use the service after they take effect you accept the new version.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law.

Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Trani, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer forum.
